P&G Madrid

The P&G Madrid site is located at Av. de Bruselas in Alcobendas district in the northern part of Madrid and houses a variety of business functions. This project was a downsize, optimisation and remodelling of floor surfaces at the current location. The thematic chosen by the local business was “Source of Life” drawing inspiration from the fundamental element of water - and its symbolism to both Madrid and P&G. The concept drove themes of fluidity, movement and reflection in the final design. In addition a central “La Plaza” open collaboration space was incorporated together with a pallete consisting of terracotta elements reflecting local building materials The P&G Madrid site is a leased site with a population of 442 people accommodating a total area of 32,119 square feet.
