P&G Stockholm

The P&G Stockholm site is the headquarters of the Nordic region and houses a variety of business functions. This project was a relocation from an outlying harbour area to a more centrally located area which has good access to city amenities. Full agile working was implemented supported by a change management program. A strong site vision of “Dare to be Nordic” was used as a basis for the look and feel of the Scandinavian forest thematic. Thought was also given to creating team neighbourhoods with their own banners as anchors in the open space. Sustainability was a key focus and several measures were implemented pushing the site to the best regional scoring. The P&G Stockholm site is a leased site with a population of 103 people accommodating a total area of 16,888 square feet.
